Pertemps is working with a well-established estate agency based in Harrogate that offers a wide range of professional property services. The company has been a trusted name in North Yorkshire for over 30 years, specialising in residential sales, rural property management, valuations, landlord services, and more.

We are looking for a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support their busy team. This role is suited to someone with strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and an interest in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls at reception
Responding to general enquiries
Carrying out general administrative duties
Receiving and logging deliveries
Liaising with occupational tenants
Issuing guest passes
Scheduling appointments

About You:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Previous administrative experience - 12 months+
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
