Eaton Syalon are exclusively supporting a South Derbyshire based business in the search for an experienced and reliable Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone immediately available and looking for a varied administrative role within a friendly, supportive team. The business is based in the perfect location for candidates based in Castle Donington and the surrounding areas. It is easily accessible for those near Junction 24 of the M1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders with accuracy and speed
• Raising and issuing invoices
• Updating internal systems and spreadsheets (Excel)
• Booking deliveries and generating dispatch paperwork
• Coordinating with couriers and tracking shipments
• Handling incoming emails and calls
• Filing, scanning and general admin support
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

• Immediately available candidates
• Strong administrative experience
• Confident using Excel and internal systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, and proactive approach

Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 8.30 AM - 5.00 PM
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour
