A classic British charity is looking for a bright, personable temporary administrator for 4-6 weeks (possibly longer) to work in a busy administrative role with lovely colleagues to fill the gap while they recruit this role on a permanent basis. The role is office-based Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (nearest tube Victoria/ Sloane Square).
They need someone to start in the role o Monday 16 June.
Duties:
They will provide assistance to the Admissions Officer with some aspects of the admissions process. The individual will sometimes be the initial point of contact for all potential applicants.
The individual will also support the Welfare team in offering general administrative and practical support and other team members all of which contributes to the work of the department.
The individual will be required to have a solution focused approach and an understanding and empathy with an older person population, whilst being able to work in a flexible, responsive manner. The individual must be able to act professionally at all times, adhering to professional boundaries.
