Job Description - Temporary Archiving Assistant

Our reputable UK and international law firm clients regularly seek proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Assistants for temporary opportunities, providing essential support during annual leave periods and unexpected staff shortages.

These assignments can range from short-term cover to longer placements, offering a unique chance to work in dynamic and prestigious legal environments.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Mail and Document Management: Collecting, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as scanning, copying, and organising documents with precision.
  • Meeting Room Preparation: Setting up and configuring meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for important client interactions and internal meetings.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Supporting the maintenance of photocopiers and other essential office equipment.
  • General Office Support: Handling a variety of ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the firm.
