Temporary Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a Temporary Assistant Accountant to provide support to the Financial Accountant for a 4/6 month temporary role.

Duties will include:

• Input of payroll journals.
• Data entry into Sun accounts.
• Input of financial data into OneStream reporting system for month end.
• Assisting with completion of VAT returns.
• Assisting with external and internal audits.
• Working closely with the UK SSC, to complete the year end closing process and associated tasks relating to statutory accounts and taxation.
• Dealing with queries from other departments.

The person:

• Available and willing to commit to a 4/6 month temporary booking
• Able to work on site in Heathrow twice a week.
• Experience of SUN accounts an advantage.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work to deadlines.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and organised with good verbal and written communication skills.
