Temporary Construction Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal are currently recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented non-contentious Paralegal to join our law firm client's London office on a temporary basis - for around 3 months!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with background experience as a Construction Paralegal, looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. This role is due to start ASAP so you must be available immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, bonds, and warranties
• Conducting legal and technical research
• Preparing marketing materials for client/prospect meetings
• Handling client requests, document preparation, and negotiations
• Managing own caseload
• Supporting both fee-earning and non-fee-earning activities as needed

Requirements:

• Previous legal experience in non-contentious construction work
• Knowledge of JCT, NEC3/4 and/or FIDIC contracts
• Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications
