Our client based in Milton Keynes requires an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to cover holiday. If you are an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary and are available in May 2025, we would love to hear from you

Conveyancing Legal Secretary Key responsibilities

• Full secretarial support
• Correspondence including email, audit/digital & copy typing
• Communication with clients and other professionals to secure the desired objective
• Professionally dealing with general enquiries from clients, solicitors and other third parties
• Diary management and meeting organisation
• General administration of documents, letters, timesheets
• Perform other duties to ensuring the smooth running of the practice

Experience

• Proven experience within a Conveyancing Legal Secretary role
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Ability to turn around documents at speed
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Pro-active and "can do" attitude
