Temporary Corporate Legal Secretary

Ryder Reid is currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity!

Our top law firm client is seeking a Temporary Corporate Legal Secretary with law firm experience to start ASAP. The role is based in the office 5 days a week paying a competitive salary. The successful candidate must be available immediately to start. This role will be for approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

You must have extensive experience in a law firm as a legal secretary within corporate or finance and available to start as soon as possible.

Infrastructure and M&A experience is desirable!

Duties for this role will include

• File Opening
• General Administration
• Diary management
• Billing
• Organising and managing calendars
• Drafting and preparing correspondence
• Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
• Scheduling client meetings
