Temporary Credit Controller

Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting a growing business in the Eastbourne area in their search for a Credit Controller for a 3–6-month temporary assignment. This role will assist the finance team during a busy period, focusing on debt collection and broader credit control responsibilities.

• Chasing outstanding debts to reduce a backlog and support ongoing credit control processes.

• Processing card payments from customers over the phone.

• Maintaining and updating customer accounts.

• Accurately recording payments and reconciling accounts.

• Preparing departmental KPI reports.

• Managing and responding to email queries 

• An experienced Credit Controller with end-to-end credit control expertise.

• Strong Excel skills, including proficiency in VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables.

• Immediately available and ready to start in April 2025.

• Able to commute to Eastbourne.
