Temporary Credit Controller

The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a finance team of 8 members, in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This is a temp to perm position, on a full time basis. This business is based in Peterborough.

Schedule: 9:00am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday - Office Based

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoice
• Follow up on overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication
• Build strong relationships with clients to resolve billing issues and disputes
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve issues impacting payment. Suspending customer services when necessary.
• Process legal claims via small claims courts
• Produce weekly debtor report, providing commentary.
• Register invoices to Xero against Customer ledger

Requirements:

• Credit Control / Accounts receivable - minimum 2 years experience
• Confident verbal communicator
• Intermediate Excel - vlookups
• Immediately available for a start

You will be paid between £13.30-£14.30 per hour and have potential to be made permanent with this business.
