Temporary Credit Controller - IMMEDIATE START

Our fantastic client in Ross on Wye is currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their supportive and friendly team through a busy period, starting ASAP on an ongoing temporary basis, expected to be for 8 weeks with possibility of extension.

The work will involve:

-Compile a weekly round-up of outstanding payments/balances and initiate initial contact with clients to chase up

-Dispatch overdue letters, and following up with the most suitable course of action

-Respond to queries about outstanding balances

-Coordinate with internal customer-facing departments to ensure proper management of communication with clients

Key Attributes:

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30 to 5pm (3 days in the office / 2 work from home) 1 hour for lunch

Salary: £12.86 per hour
