Job Description - Temporary Customer Service Advisor

An exciting opportunity for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor has arisen in a leading financial services company based in Sale. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, handling queries, and resolving issues promptly in regards to mortagages.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Resolving customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Guiding customers through financial processes and procedures
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Continuously improving service procedures, policies and standards

Profile

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A customer-oriented approach with a passion for assisting others
  • Experience within financial services would be advantageous
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • A knack for multi-tasking, prioritising, and managing time effectively
