Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Aylesbury
Remuneration: £12.21ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Temporary Monday - Friday 8am -5pm 30minute lunch (5 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Clear backlog and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
• Upload reports efficiently onto the CRM system
• Close jobs promptly to keep our operations running smoothly
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude with every customer interaction
