Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Support Advisor and assist in providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This role involves handling customer queries and ensuring smooth communication from the Hazel Grove office. This role will be 5 days fully on-site.

Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders and update relevant systems accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, providing suitable solutions when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department.
• Support team efforts in achieving departmental goals and targets.

Profile

A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
• A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of approximately £13 to £14 per hour.
