We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a well-known and established car dealership. This temporary role involves managing incoming calls related to a recent vehicle recall, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry. The position requires effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answering incoming calls regarding the vehicle recall.
  • Booking vehicles in for review and repair.
  • Providing clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
  • Managing customer queries and concerns efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively.
