This temporary role involves managing incoming calls related to a recent vehicle recall, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry. • Answering incoming calls regarding the vehicle recall.
• Booking vehicles in for review and repair.
• Providing clear and accurate information to customers.
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and support.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
