Temporary Customer Support Advisor

Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Support Advisor and assist in providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced industrial/manufacturing environment. This role involves handling customer queries and ensuring smooth communication from the Stockport office. This role will be 5 days fully on-site.

Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Monitor and track order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer service standards.
• Deliver excellent support to both new and existing customers.

Profile

A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software.
• A detail-oriented approach to work with excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a temporary role with minimal supervision.
• A positive attitude toward problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Job Offer

• Competitive hourly rate of approximately £13 to £14 per hour.
