Temporary Customer Support Associate

Our client is seeking an experienced Temporary Customer Support Associate to join their team in a passionate office environment! This company is located in the London Bridge area and provides essential support services to their customers. The successful candidate for this position will display a friendly and compassionate demeanour when handling sensitive topics.

Overview

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

Location: London Bridge

Working Model: On-site, 5 days

Contract: Temporary, 6 weeks

Pay Rate: £115-£116 per day

Start date: Early September

Key Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact for all customers via phone, email, and chat services, offering an empathetic response to inquiries and concerns.
• Direct customers to the relevant products and services, providing concise information to ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Document customer interactions and transactions, maintaining existing records with confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Resolve customer issues in a compassionate manner and escalating cases to the appropriate team when required.
• Report customer feedback to assist in the improvement of products and services.
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop insights and strategies to provide a high standard of customer service.
