Temporary Delivery Coordinator

• Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
• Location: Oxford - hybrid working; with 2 days in the Oxford office, and 3 remote.

We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team during an extremely busy period. This role is crucial in supporting operations which are administered worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong administrative skills, ready to handle escalations and support day-to-day operations.

• Work within a matrix structure handling various processes such as payments and purchase orders.
• Utilise systems and software like Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Word efficiently.
• Handle escalations, particularly in areas of writing, speaking, reading, and listening.
• Collaborate closely with the team to manage a high volume of test sessions, especially during peak periods in June and July.

• Proven experience in a coordinator or administrative role.
• Strong ability to work with systems and software such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Word.
• Confident communication style and not hesitant to ask questions.
