Temporary Estates Helpdesk Co-ordinator
Central London (on-site)
£150-£170 per day (DOE)
Full-time, immediate start
We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Estates Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join a busy estates and facilities team at a large public sector organisation. You'll be the first point of contact for reporting building and maintenance issues, coordinating contractor activity, and maintaining accurate records via CAFM systems.
Key duties include:
Managing and triaging helpdesk requests
Liaising with contractors and internal teams
Monitoring SLAs and updating CAFM records
Generating and analysing service reports
Delivering excellent customer service to staff and students
Requirements:
Prior experience in facilities helpdesk or estates admin
Strong CAFM system knowledge (e.g. Planon, Concept, etc.)
Confident communicator across phone, email and face-to-face
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
