Are you an experienced Temporary Executive Assistant looking to join a fast-paced, exciting office?

Our client is a global financial services firm who is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to their busy team. This is a 2-3 month contract and is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in an evolving environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Co-ordinating schedules and calenders, ensuring meetings are organised and there are no conflicting demands.
• Ensuring the office and relevant schedules run smoothly. Having a close attention to detail is critical.
• Managing and booking both domestic and international travel requirements.
• Liasing with clients and the team in a professional and effective manner, while living up the integrity of the company.
• Assisting the reception team with the organisation of company and client files when required.
