Temporary Executive Assistant, Maternity Cover, Private Equity

An incredible opportunity has arisen for an experienced and exceptional Executive Assistant to join a collaborative EA team and a growing investment firm.

We are seeking confident, proactive and self-starter Executive Assistant who has gained experience in the investment sector ideally private equity or investment banking, asset management or a hedge fund.

As a skilled assistant, you will be providing seamless support to team that includes MDs and C-suite executives. You will be looking for a role in which you can add value and take on additional duties beyond the highly important organisational tasks. This is a great opportunity to work with a united and collaborative team environment.

You will be client-facing in your communication and will have experience managing an extensive schedule, prioritising appointments and travel management.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive calendar management, working across multiple timezones
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings and calls
• Organising international travel arrangements, international and domestic flights, accommodation
• Providing support for colleagues when needed

4 days in office, 1 day from WFH.

This is a 5 month maternity cover and if you impress, there are additional opportunities within the firm to make this amazing EA a long term member.
