Temporary Executive Assistant, Private Equity - Temp to Perm

We’re seeking an fantastic and focused immediately available Executive Assistant to join the top-performing, revenue-driving team at one of the most elite names in private equity.

This is classic assistant role where you’ll be right in the mix supporting a powerhouse team of MDs and C-suite executives who are constantly on the move and always closing.

You'll be responsible for a fast-paced schedule, global travel coordination and non-stop client interaction. You’ll also joining a top-tier EA collaborative team known for being sharp, supportive, and always one step ahead. It’s a focused, heads down and high performance team who like to ensure the smooth running of their day to day.

If you're a candidate that is confident, proactive and resilient with client-facing communication skills, the ability to adapt quickly and highly organised, this could be the temp to perm EA role for you.

Responsibilities, but they are not limited to:

• Manage an ever-changing diary across global time zones
• Coordinate seamless international travel and detailed itineraries
• Be the first point of contact for high-profile clients, investors, and stakeholders
• Process expenses with speed and accuracy
• Bring structure, efficiency, and solutions

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of EA experience in private equity, investment banking, or similar (must-have)
• Unshakable calm under pressure and bulletproof attention to detail
• A proactive, confident, and client-facing presence
• You thrive in a busy yet heads down environment and love a challenge
• A team player

The Deal:

• 3 - 6 month temp assignment with it going permanent after - they want this person to stay long term
