A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a temporary Finance Assistant to support all aspects of finance, including Accounts Payable and Receivable. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to the smooth operation of a finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, ensuring correct coding and authorisation.
• Review supplier statements and facilitate timely payments.
• Assist in billing processes and data entry for financial records.
• Support financial procedures, including reconciliations and audits.
• Manage petty cash and assist with general finance administration.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Excel.
