Temporary Finance Assistant

Citadel Source is delighted to be partnering with a well-recognised client based in central Bristol, who is actively seeking an experienced Temporary Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a temporary position, initially for a period of six weeks, with the potential to be extended or even made permanent for the right candidate.

About you

You will have previous experience in a similar role and be confident in dealing with a high-volume workload. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.

The role

Our client is looking for someone with strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

As a Finance Assistant, your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Process purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the accounting system
• Bank and Statements reconciliations.
• Maintain expense claim processing
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable
• Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries
