Temporary Finance Assistant

Grafton Banks Finance is delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic business in the Redhill area to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied finance role and is looking to expand their experience within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Duties may include:

• Process and allocate sales and purchase invoices
• Manage purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and supplier reconciliations
• Support with employee expense claims, fuel card and mobile billing administration
• Assist with payroll updates, timesheets, and HR admin
• Prepare data for reporting and support with month-end duties

Required for this role:

• AAT qualified (or studying towards)
• Immediate or short notice availability
• Previous experience in a varied finance role
• Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge (Sage desirable)
• Able to work full-time from the office (non-remote role)
