Job Description - Temporary Front of House Administrator

Our client is a long standing partner of ours with offices around the UK. They are looking for a temporary Front of House Administrator to join them on an initial temporary contract for circa 6 months. The role will be office based.

Main duties will include:

  • Answering the phones and directing to the correct person
  • Replying to emails
  • Greeting visitors
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • The ability to start immediately
  • A pleasant telephone manner
  • IT proficiency
  • The want to work within a friendly team
