Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are seeking a temporary HR Advisor Knightsbridge, London.

About the role:
Talent Guardian are looking for a creative HR Advisor on a temporary 4-week basis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations, accurate payroll processing, and professional support across a range of HR projects and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Processing Payroll: Accurately manage and process payroll cycles, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and timely payments with VIP clients
HR Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including contract preparation, absence tracking, and benefits administration
Maintaining HR Records: Ensure all employee records are updated, confidential, and compliant with data protection regulations Expert Guidance and Support: Provide knowledgeable support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment matters

Essential Requirements

Must be able to commute to Knightsbridge, Central London
Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: £15 per hour
Contract type: 4-week temporary contract
