I am supporting a well-established organisation in Nottingham who are looking for a Temporary HR Advisor to join them on a short-term basis to provide vital support during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a range of employee relations matters confidently and effectively
• Supporting managers with HR advice in a unionised environment
• Assisting with recruitment processes where needed
• Providing ad hoc payroll support (desirable but not essential)

What we're looking for:

• Strong generalist HR background
• Solid ER experience
• Comfortable working in a unionised setting
• Recruitment and/or payroll experience is a bonus
• Available to start immediately

This role will require you to be onsite - parking is available!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to step into a hands-on role and make an immediate impact.
