HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Pinxton, Nottingham
Position: Temporary, Immediate Start Available
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate: £17.90 - £23.00 per hour (DOE)

Macildowie Recruitment is working with our client to find a talented and enthusiastic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an immediate start opportunity, and we are open to considering candidates with varying levels of experience in HR as this role is primarily to fill a gap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
• Provide general HR advice and guidance to employees and management.
• Assist with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures.
• Take on ad-hoc HR projects and administrative duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous HR experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
