Temporary IT Support Administrator - Oxford - £35K

A forward-thinking organisation in Oxford is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line support across their business. This is a hands-on role supporting both on-site and remote users, with a focus on maintaining hardware, software, and system reliability.

This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, assist in ongoing IT projects, and contribute to the smooth operation of a growing and innovative environment.

As IT Support Technician Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff both on-site and remotely
* Maintain IT hardware, systems inventory, documentation, and procedures
* Support the IT Manager with operational tasks and project work
* Liaise with third-party providers to resolve technical issues
* Travel between sites as required (driving licence essential)

Requirements
* Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
* Solid understanding of desktop applications, networking, and general IT support
* Strong communication skills with an aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support or development role
* Additional qualifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cyber Security) would be advantageous
