Temporary Leasing Assocaite/Resident Services Assistant - Bournemouth - £15 to £18 DOE

My client, a globally established property firm, are currently seeking a Leasing Associate or Resident Services Assistant to provide temporary support on a rolling temporary basis to a Build-to-Rent site in Bournemouth.

You will be assisting the lettings and property services team on an exciting new-build residential development.

You will provide support to the team, dealing with tenants, assisting with referencing, handling enquiries, helping with viewings, lettings paperwork and compliance, and/or property management and maintenance onsite.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Duration: The temporary work is rolling so it could last 1 month or extend to 3 months+

Start Date: ASAP, you will need to be available to start immediately

Experience Required: No property experience required but would be ideal. Customer Service / Sales experience required.
