Temporary Lettings Officer, Central London
Pay rate £23.94 per hour
Contract role, Local Government Housing

We are recruiting for an experienced Temporary Lettings Officer, in Central London
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing all housing management phases of the voids and lettings process.

Working closely with the Allocations Team, Voids Team, and contractors to achieve turnaround targets.

Conducting pre-inspections, accompanied viewings, and tenancy sign-ups (in-person and virtual). Providing information on tenancy rights and responsibilities, property condition standards, and the allocations process.

Offering a customer-focused, “estate agency” style approach to viewings, promoting the benefits of each property.

Ensuring accurate record keeping and reporting of lettings activity.

Supporting residents with advice on moving, tenancy obligations, and general housing queries. Attending evictions and arranging follow-up actions as required.

This is a contract role, and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
