Office Angels are excited to announce that we are currently recruiting for a School Administrator on behalf of our lovely client who is based in Sunderland. This is a temporary ongoing contract, offering the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment.

Position Overview:

• Role: Temporary School Administrator
• Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
• Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £13 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Sunderland
• Working Pattern: Term time, Monday to Friday
• Hours: Full-time

Your Responsibilities:

• ?? Answering phone calls and directing them to the right departments.
• ? Providing occasional reception cover.
• ?? Handling general administrative duties to support our staff and students.
• ?? Multi-tasking effectively while prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
• ?? Maintaining a confident and professional telephone manner.
• ?? utilising various systems, including Word and Excel, to manage information effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar school environment or administrative position is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to our school culture.
