A prestigious Central London school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Head Teacher. This pivotal role requires exceptional administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for the Head Teacher, managing a busy diary, coordinating meetings, preparing high-quality correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. They will also liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders with professionalism and tact.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PA, ideally within an education or public sector setting
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident with digital tools
• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality
• Enhanced DBS clearance (required prior to appointment)
