Temporary, Private PA, South Kensington, London.

Tiger Private is seeking an experienced and highly discreet Private PA for a temporary role within a family office based in South Kensington, London.

The position will run from Friday, 2nd May to Friday 9th May, with working hours from 10am to 5pm daily. There is no requirement to work on the weekend or Bank Holiday Monday. The hourly rate is £25 on a self-employed basis.

The successful candidate will offer support to the small family office, you will do a range of personal and administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include diary management, scheduling appointments, sourcing items, managing the fleet of cars in London and possibly liaising with the private jet brokers; purchasing items, filing paperwork, and potentially handling invoices. There may also be involvement in event coordination relating to a family bereavement, with a funeral taking place in mid-May.

Additional duties will include managing courier shipments via DHL or FedEx. A high level of discretion is essential, as is the ability to act with a strong sense of urgency. The household includes dogs, the ideal candidate must be comfort around animals.
