Temporary Quality Assurance Administrator

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Administrator. This is on a 3 month temporary contract with the review to extending to 6 months. Joining a busy team within a legal firm you will be working in a fast paced environment and will be supporting them with a sampling and quality testing project.

Responsibilities will include:

• To complete a number of audits and call reviews of the work carried out by the operational team to assess quality, compliance of regulations/policy documents, and customer outcomes.
• Sampling work for training programmes through live Q&A work reviews, reviewing tasks, and completing allocated audits.
• Supporting the training of mew starters and providing support and management of development plans.
• Providing face to face feedback and coaching.
• Set up of training sessions, monitoring attendees and record keeping.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience coaching and providing feedback to colleagues
• Ideally experience in a regulated environment
• Quality review experience
• Ensure that all work is accurate and with strong attention to detail.
• Experience of working within a volume caseload environment.

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Central Bristol, no car parking

The Salary:

£13.33 - 13.86 per hour
