Overview:

Location: Central London

Hours: 8am-5:30pm

Model: On-site

Pay Rate: £15 per hour plus holiday accrual

Our client, a prestigious recruitment firm, is seeking candidates for multiple dates of Temporary Reception cover. The role is based in the heart of London City in an exciting office! This opportunity will provide multiple dates of coverage across August and September!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the switchboard operations and redirect messages to the correct departments.
• Maintain the meeting rooms ensuring all are clean and well-stocked with the necessary supplies.
• Oversee the allocation of meeting rooms for bookings and ensure details are added to relevant calendars.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post.
• Assist with administration tasks, including filing and providing general support to the team where required.
