Temporary Receptionist

JOB TITLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: Ashford | Rural location

SALARY: £13ph

TERM: 3 months, could be extended

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30m to 4.30pm

START: Immediately

Office Angels are proud to be working with this local business in their search for a Receptionist. This is a temporary position starting ASAP, initially for 3 months. You will be based in rural Ashford so ideally you will have your own transport, there is ample free parking on site.

The day to day duties in this role would be:

• Based on a busy reception desk
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering calls, taking messages and transferring to other departments
• Administration support for the team
• Post duties, filing and photocopying

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• A professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
• Experience in an office based role
• A can do and team player attitude
