Temporary Receptionist

Your new company
You will be working with a friendly business in Willenhall to support with annual leave reception cover.

Your new role
This role is required from Monday 19th May to Friday 23rd May, working in the office from 9am to 4pm.
Duties will be:

• Full-time reception cover
• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Ensuring visitors/contractors are signed in and reported to the relevant team
• Opening/sorting of incoming mail
• Answering the phone and directing calls
• Opening and closing the office.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a reception role and confidence in working on your own
• Excellent telephone manner
• Polite and helpful nature with good customer service skills
• You must be available for an induction on Friday 16th May and to work 19th - 23rd May 9am-4pm in the office.
