Temporary Receptionist

Tate Recruitment are currently seeking receptionists to cover temporary assignments across London.

At the moment we are extremely busy with temporary assignments and are looking for receptionists to cover long and short-term bookings as well as ad-hoc days. Paying anywhere from £13.15 per hour plus and will be working with some of our amazing clients from well know retail head offices, Property companies, financial services companies, private health clinics and many many more.

Roles will involve the following, but won't be exclusive to:

• Meeting and greeting
• Answering the phone and taking email messages
• Managing meeting rooms, setting up for board meetings as well as ordering outside catering
• Booking couriers and distributing post
• Signing visitors into the building and keeping a log
• Booking taxis and travel for guest and colleagues
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties asked
