Your Responsibilities:
As our Temporary Receptionist, you will welcome clients and visitors with a smile! Your key tasks will include:

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
• Answering incoming calls and managing inquiries with professionalism
• Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining a tidy reception area to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting team members with various tasks as needed
