Temporary Receptionist

Temporary receptionist needed to provide holiday cover. Starting on the 10th of July for 10 working days

Location: Runcorn, fully on site

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Acorn by Synergie are recruiting for a temporary receptionist to provide holiday cover at their manufacturing client's site located in Sutton Weaver in Runcorn

Responsibilities will include:

• Front of house - greeting clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Switchboard duties.
• Administrative support.
• Post.
• Some facilities tasks.
• Confidently handling enquiries in person and over the phone, providing excellent service and directing clients to the correct department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Proficient using a computer system.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Due to the location of the office own transport is essential.
