Job Description - Temporary Receptionist

Do you have experience working Front of House?

If so, this position could be perfect for you! Our client is a market leader in supplying low carbon technology solutions. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their growing team on a temporary basis.

Temporary Holiday Cover 17.09.25 – 26.09.25
£12.50 an hour
Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00

Receptionist
Job Description

Answering and directing phone calls.
Monitoring, forwarding, and responding to emails from main info box.
Greeting visitors, making drinks.
Arranging lunches.
Booking hotel rooms.
Validating names within our CRM workbooks
Ad-hoc tasks

Receptionist
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience on reception/front of house
Confident using Microsoft software
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and deal with general tasks
Confident on the phone
