JOB TITLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: Faversham

SALARY: £12.21ph

TERM: Ongoing Temporary

HOURS: Monday to Friday, working between the hours 07.30am - 8pm

START: Immediately

Office Angels are proud to be working with this local business in their search for a Receptionist. This is a temporary position starting ASAP.

The day to day duties in this role would be:

• Based on a busy reception desk
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Answering calls, taking messages and transferring to other departments
• Administration support for the team
• Post duties, filing and photocopying

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using office software and handling multi-line phone systems.
