Temporary Receptionist for Electricity Agency

Location: Central London

Pay rate: £14 per hour plus holiday accrual

Contract: Temporary, 6 weeks

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Our long- standing client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team! This company is a trusted and independent market expert, with a rapidly evolving client base. They are looking for a charismatic professional to support their office in an absence.

Overview:

• Manage security of the building by providing relevant passes and checking in guests.
• Notifying the appropriate colleagues when visitors arrive and passing on memos.
• Monitor the calendar for appointments and bookings, ensuring the office space is prepared.
• Operating the switchboard and responding appropriately to the needs of the caller.
• Preparing meeting rooms with audio visual equipment/catering.
• Distributing incoming and outgoing postal deliveries.
• Supporting the wider office with general administration tasks, when required.
