Temporary Receptionist for Financial Services Company

Location: Central London

Pay rate: £15 per hour plus holiday accrual

Contract: Temporary, 1 week

Hours: 8:30am - 2:30pm

Our client is a leading global investing firm, operating in the heart of London! They are seeking a confident and adaptable Temporary Receptionist to cover their front of house operations. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to effectively manage switchboard operations and greet visitors professionally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a growing receptionist!

Overview:

• Be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage phone calls and emails with efficiency.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for important client meetings.
• Take care of general administration duties like filing, data entry, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
• Maintain the standard of the front of house area, ensuring cleanliness.
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and support the team when required.
