We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist to cover sick calls and annual leave for various organisations across Cambridge. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy meeting new people, this role is perfect for you!

Key Details:

• Availability: Early morning calls from 7 AM
• Shift Patterns: 8 AM - 5:30 PM Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts available too
• Location: Various organisations across Cambridge
• Parking: All sites offer on-site parking ??
• Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors with a warm smile ??
• Answer and direct phone calls ??
• Manage appointment schedules and assist with administrative tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
