Job Title: Temporary Records Assistant

Location: City of London

Start Date: Immediate

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

Ryder Reid Legal is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Records Assistant to join one of our leading law firm clients. This role is based fully on-site in their London and starts immediately.

You'll be supporting the Records team with day-to-day tasks as well as two key projects:

• Archiving Wills to offsite storage
• Managing file destructions (physical and electronic)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in records management or administration within a law firm
• Highly organised and able to handle confidential information
• Available to start immediately
