Job Description - Temporary Recruitment Assistant

Our client is international consulting firm. The recruitment and HR team require an temporary resource to provide support whilst they implement a new ATS. The role will include:

Timely scheduling of multiple interviews.
Work closely with our recruiters to ensure the recruitment system is updated accurately.
Contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process.
Managing the maintenance of our shared Recruitment mailbox.
Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews.

Required Candidate Experience:

Ideally you will have experience working in an administrative function either within HR or recruitment.
You will have a good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
You will be a team player, comfortable collaborating within the team and the wider business.
