Job Description - Temporary Recruitment Assistant

Our client is international consulting firm. The recruitment and HR team require an temporary resource to provide support whilst they implement a new ATS. The role will include:
  • Timely scheduling of multiple interviews.
  • Work closely with our recruiters to ensure the recruitment system is updated accurately.
  • Contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process.
  • Managing the maintenance of our shared Recruitment mailbox.
  • Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews.
Required Candidate Experience:
  • Ideally you will have experience working in an administrative function either within HR or recruitment.
  • You will have a good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • You will be a team player, comfortable collaborating within the team and the wider business.
