Temporary Reports Coordinator

The Company:

The company are a well-established service provider with an excellent reputation and longevity of staff, they are based in North Bristol and have a loyal client base.

The Job:
On behalf of our client we a looking for a Report Coordinator to join them on a 6 month temporary basis. This is based in their Head Office based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, and they are looking for someone who is able to assist them with the following tasks.

• Updating/creating Excel reporting schedules
• Creating reports using templates
• Escalating queries & issues for reporting completion
• Liaising with staff members on status of reports

The Person:

For this role our client is seeking some who has excellent attention to detail and Microsoft Excel skills. As well as:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
• Team player able to work with colleagues in various levels across the business
• Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
• Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication

The Salary:

£12.31 - 12.82 per hour

The Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8.15am - 4.45pm & Friday 8.15am - 4.30pm
